Compositions : Diphenhydramine HCl 50 mg

Pharmacological Classification : Antihistamine andantiallergic

Indication : Helps to fall asleep if there is difficulty falling asleep.

Dosage : Adult and children = 12 years : 1 tablet before sleeping.

Contra-Indication :Hypersensitivity to Diphenhydramine.

New born babies.

Pregnant and nursing women.

Adverse Drugs Reaction :

Gastrointestinal disturbances.

Antimuscarinic effects.

Cardiovascular and central nervous system effects.

Precautions : Narrow-angle glaucoma.

History of bronchial asthma.

Hyperthyroidism.

Cardiovascular disease hypertension.

May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. 

Children < 12 years.

Drug Interaction : Anticholinergics, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, alcohol, central nervous system depressants.
